If there's one phrase that sums up this season at Divine Eye Media, it's building on momentum.

Not the overnight-success kind of momentum. The real kind. The kind that comes from showing up, staying curious, investing in growth, and saying "yes" to opportunities that help move the business forward.

Over the past several months, we've been focused on strengthening the foundation of Divine Eye Media through continued learning, new certifications, and meaningful client work. While much of that growth happens behind the scenes, it's all part of helping us better serve the organizations that trust us with their stories.

New Certifications, New Perspectives

One of our recent milestones was earning certification through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), adding to a growing list of business credentials.

Today, Divine Eye Media also holds certifications and registrations through the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program, the State of Georgia, and several local government agencies. While that's a lot of acronyms, each one represents an investment in learning, relationship-building, and long-term growth.

The greatest value hasn't been adding another logo to a capability statement. It's been connecting with fellow entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and organizations committed to helping small businesses thrive.

Every conversation has offered a new perspective, a valuable lesson, or a reminder that none of us are building alone.

Continued Education: Because Business Growth Requires Learning, Too

Growth isn't just about adding more projects. It's about building the capacity to support them well. Over the past year, we've participated in programs designed to strengthen our leadership, business operations, and long-term strategy.

Recent highlights include graduating from the Emerging Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) Program through the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), participating in the Kohl's Supplier Mentorship Program, and attending workshops, networking events, and business development programs designed to help small businesses grow and compete.

These experiences provided valuable insight into scaling a business, building strategic relationships, navigating procurement opportunities, and strengthening the systems that support sustainable growth.

While the creative work remains at the heart of what we do, investing in the business behind the work helps us better serve our clients, operate more effectively, and prepare for new opportunities ahead.

Event Coverage: Where the Stories Happen

This season has also been filled with opportunities to document conferences, trainings, celebrations, and community events across the Southeast.

While every event has a schedule, the best moments rarely happen on the agenda. They're found in the conversations between sessions, the excitement after a keynote, the laughter during networking breaks, and the proud smiles that show up when people realize they're part of something meaningful.

Those moments are why we love event coverage.

Photography and videography allow us to preserve those experiences and help organizations continue sharing their message long after the event ends. Whether it's a recap video, photo gallery, testimonial, or social media content, our goal is always the same: tell the story in a way that feels authentic.

And yes, occasionally that means sprinting across a ballroom because the perfect shot is happening on the opposite side of the room.

Ready for What's Next

While we're proud of the progress we've made, we're even more grateful for the people who have been part of the journey.

This season has been filled with learning, new opportunities, and meaningful collaborations. Each experience has helped us grow stronger, think bigger, and better serve the organizations that trust us with their stories.

To our clients, partners, and supporters: thank you. Your trust, referrals, and encouragement mean more than you know.

We're looking forward to continuing the work, building new relationships, and seeing where the next chapter leads.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly transformed many industries. However, it is also becoming increasingly popular in the world of creatives. With the help of AI, creatives can enhance their work in new and exciting ways. In this blog post, we’re sharing how creatives can leverage AI to improve their work and efficiency.

  • Generating Ideas: One of the biggest challenges that creatives face is coming up with fresh and original ideas. AI can assist creatives in generating new and unique ideas. AI algorithms can analyze large amounts of data and identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can inspire new ideas. For example, AI-powered tools like Midjourney can generate a variety of creative images by combining different styles and elements.

  • Streamlining Workflow: Another way creatives can leverage AI is by using it to streamline their workflow. AI can help automate repetitive tasks such as organizing files, resizing images, and formatting text, thereby saving time and increasing productivity. AI-powered tools like Canva and Adobe Sensei use machine learning to automate mundane design tasks, allowing creatives to focus on more important aspects of their work.

  • Enhancing Visuals: AI can also enhance the visual aspects of creative work. AI-powered tools can be used to edit and enhance images, videos, and audio, improving the overall quality of the content. For example, Adobe's AI-powered tool, Firefly, uses machine learning to enhance images automatically and make complex edits.

  • Creating Marketing Content: With the help of AI, creatives can also personalize their content to cater to the needs and preferences of their target audience. For instance, Chat GPT can be used to create targeted content that resonates with their audience.

  • Automating Design: AI can help automate the design process, allowing creatives to create complex designs quickly and easily. AI-powered tools like Figma and Sketch use machine learning to automate design tasks, such as generating layouts, resizing elements, and aligning objects.

By using AI-powered tools to generate ideas, streamline workflow, create marketing content, enhance visuals, and automate design, creatives can focus on the creative aspects of their work and produce higher quality content.

Color is a key element of any branding strategy. Selecting the right colors can evoke emotions and create a positive association with your brand. Color psychology is the study of how colors affect human behavior, and it can be used to create a powerful branding strategy.

Color psychology is the study of how colors affect human behavior and emotions. Different colors can evoke different emotions, and this is important to understand when developing a branding strategy. For example, red is often associated with passion and excitement, while blue is associated with trust and security.

When choosing colors for your branding, it's important to consider the emotions you want to evoke in your target audience. Do you want them to feel excited and passionate about your brand, or do you want them to feel secure and trusting?

You can also use contrasting colors in your branding to help your brand stand out and make a strong impression. Consider using complementary colors like blue and orange or yellow and purple.

While it's important to choose colors that evoke the right emotions, it's also essential to avoid overusing colors. Too many colors can be overwhelming and make your branding appear unprofessional. Stick to two or three colors for your branding.
