01. DESIRE
Our process begins with the client’s desire to excel. Clients complete a questionnaire outlining requested services. Then we meet in-person (or online) to build rapport and define the project. Then a quote is provided, and down payment established and collected.
02. DESIGN
Next, our team gets to work on the project. We design and refine the aesthetic based on project needs. At this step, clients will be invited to review collateral and share feedback and/or approval.
03. DEVELOP
After we establish the branding aesthetic, we apply tweaks and produce the finished project. There will be check-ins throughout the process to communicate progress.
04. DELIVER
We strive to deliver each client’s project on time and on budget. Remaining balance is due at this step.
05. DONE
Upon completion, clients will be invited to take a survey to provide feedback. We pride ourselves on client satisfaction and their input helps us improve our services.
